São João e as festas juninas!

A tradição de festejar o São João e as festas juninas, que no Brasil adentra o mês de julho (festas julinas), é respeitada também na Ilha Grande com quatro finais de semana de festa caipira, fogueiras, bandeirinhas coloridas, quadrilha e comidas típicas como canjica, pé-de-moleque, quentão, entre outras.

Todos os anos o Arraiá du Abraão é animado com as tradicionais caipiras, apresentações de bandas típicas da Ilha, sanfoneiros convidados, barraquinhas recheadas de guloseimas, bingos, brincadeiras, sorteios e muito mais...

A festa acontece na Vila do Abraão, em todos os finais de semana do mês de julho, com participação de grupos de forró como a banda Forró de Rua, Trio Cariri e o grupo Prata da Casa promovendo o "arrasta pé" geral.

O arraial é muito enfeitado, a fogueira esquenta o frio e grandes shows animam o pessoal. Tudo com direito à sanfona, zabumba e triângulo.

A organização do evento fica por conta do Convention Bureau da Ilha Grande em parceria com a Prefeitura Municipal de Angra dos Reis.
